Just a Few

FAQs

What will you need from me to walk my dog?

We will need access to your home and your dog's lead.  You don't have to be home for us to come by, though; many clients give us keys so we can come and go as needed.

How Do I Pay For

Your Services?

We invoice owners for the dates they’ve booked with us and they pay for the service in advance via bank transfer.  We offer weekly or monthly payment schedules and can talk with you about what payment plan works best.  We charge £15 per hour per dog.

What if I Need to Cancel a Walk I've Booked?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you want to change your dog's walking schedule.  Without 48 hours' notice, we will not be able to refund payment for cancelled walks, thank you for understanding.

When do you do your walks?

We walk dogs on weekdays, most often between 11am and 2pm.  Walk lengths can be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, pro rata.  Unfortunately we do not offer weekend or evening walks.

Why do you walk dogs in packs?  Is that safe?

Dogs have always been pack animals.  They need time with their own kind in keeping with their primal roots.  Walking in groups builds dogs' social skills and sense of community.  We never walk more dogs than we can handle, though; packs are no more than 4 at a time.

What areas in Islington do you cover?

We walk dogs in the following postcodes: N1, N5, N7, NW1, and NW5.
