Just a Few
What will you need from me to walk my dog?
We will need access to your home and your dog's lead. You don't have to be home for us to come by, though; many clients give us keys or use lock boxes so we can come and go as needed.
How Do I Pay For
We take payment monthly via direct debit. You will be provided with full details and our direct debit mandate form in time for your first booking with us.
What if I Need to Cancel a Booking?
We need at least 48 hours' notice to refund payment for cancellations (with the cutoff time as 9am for day care and 11am for dog walking), thank you for understanding.
When do you do your walks?
We walk dogs on weekdays, starting any time between 11am and 2pm. Walk lengths can be 1 or 2 hours. Unfortunately we do not offer weekend, bank holiday
or evening walks.
Why do you walk dogs in packs? Is that safe?
Dogs have always been pack animals. They need time with their own kind to build social skills and sense of community. We never walk more dogs than we can handle, though; packs are no more than 4 at a time. We do not offer solo dog walks.
What areas in Islington do you cover?
We walk dogs in the following postcodes subject to specific location and availability: N1, N4, N5, N7, and N19.
